How do I create an account?

Click on the icon at the top of any page on our website to be directed to the account login page. On that page, you can start creating an account by selecting the "Create Account" menu. Make sure to fill out the necessary information and select the "Create Account" button and your account is good to go!

How do I login to my account?

Click on the icon at the top of any page on our website to be directed to the account login page. On the new page, enter your credentials to access your account and check on your order.

What forms of payment does the shop have?

You can pay for your order with PayPal, Shopify, and any valid credit card. (More information can be on the Payment Policy.) Start shopping kateistory!

Why does my promo code not work?

Expiration dates and other terms apply to promo codes. If the promo code does not work, please check the terms and conditions listed where the promo code was first provided.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Of course! Any orders to the United States with a subtotal of $36 USD or more will receive free shipping. Any orders to other countries with a subtotal of $99 USD or more will receive free shipping.

Please bear in mind that if you use a discount code at checkout, your subtotal may fall below $50, making your order ineligible for free shipping. (More information can be found on Shipping Policy.)


Where is my order confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after an order is placed on kateistory. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

How long does it take to get my products?

Your order will be shipped within 7-15 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number for each item of your order as it is shipped.


How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Enter the tracking number on the carrier site to track the location of your package. You can also login to your account on kateistory to check your entire purchase history as well as all updates and status of your orders.

Can I cancel my order?

We're sad to hear this. However, kateistory want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, simply send a reply to any of your confirmation emails and CC shsungsa@163.com, and we will gladly assist you. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel that order.

My package wasn't delivered and tracking has stopped updating.

We're sorry you're experiencing trouble with the shipment. Please send an email to shsungsa@163.com with your order number and tracking information. We would be happy to assist you in locating your package or replacing your shipment, if required.

My tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I never received it. What options do I have?

The shipping carrier may mark your order as delivered before it reaches you. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for package delivery after the tracking marks the package as "Delivered".

If you still haven't received your order, please contact our customer service team at shsungsa@163.com as soon as possible. Customers have up to 15 days after the shipment is deemed delivered to contact us for any lost packages. After 15 days, we will be unable to assist with lost packages that have been deemed delivered. Please note that refunds will not be given on packages marked as "delivered"; instead, we will be able to provide a replacement for the lost package.
