Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you enjoy your shopping experience on kateistory. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product you have purchased from kateistory.shop back, within 30 days of shipment, for a full refund.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.  We WILL NOT accept any returns of orders that are more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
 
Please check products carefully before use.


Due to safety and hygiene issues, we cannot accept any returned items that have worn out.
 

 

RETURNS

Before returning any products purchased from kateistory.shop, please contact us via email at shsungsa@163.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

We will not accept any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

All products being returned must be returned with the original packaging.

Please note that we will not honor any returns that have passed our 30-day grace period. Any products returned without the original packaging will also not be honored.

 

RETURNING AND PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

Kateistory.shop is not responsible for any lost or damaged package(s), so please ship your packages with tracking and insurance for your safety.

  1. Package your returns in the original packaging.  Any returns received in poor packaging will not be honored.
  2. Include a copy of your invoice with your order number in the return package.
  3. Ship the return package with tracking and insurance to kateistory.shop via any legitimate parcel carrier.
  4. Keep a copy of your shipping receipt until you receive your exchange or credit from kateistory.shop.

 
OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS

Katiestory.shop will not ship out exchange products and/or issue refunds until your return is received.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We cannot be responsible for any shipping and handling fees for returns.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return.
(Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.)

Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return.
(Please note, if there are any price differences in the returned product(s) and the new exchange product(s), you will be charged the difference in the price of the returned product and the price of the new exchange product(s)

If item(s) are returned from orders that received the free shipping discount, the original shipping cost of the order will be charged.

Kateistory.shop DOES NOT send any form of return labels. You are responsible for any shipping and handling fees for exchanges.
 
For your protection, we recommend you insure your order so you can be protected to receive your money back for the item(s) lost.  If your package is insured and your shipment is lost or damaged, contact the shipping carrier that was used and file a claim with the respective carrier.  Please refer to your shipment confirmation email for the name of the shipping service used.

 

REFUNDS

1. We accept returns and replacements of products because of quality issues, provided that the goods are not used, there is no human damage and packing are not damaged. We accept returns of products due quality issues, goods deformation, and damage. We do not accept returns of products that fall outside of the scope of "quality issues" such as changes in customers' preferences, customers' high expectations, differences in color caused by different monitor displays, products being considered "too thick" or "too thin", customers' personal subjective changes and other reasons of the like.

2. Our support team is available 24/7. Please contact us within the 30-day grace period if you are experiencing any problems with your order. We are ready to assist you.

3. All product photos are photos of the actual products being sold. However, please note that actual colors may vary because of lighting, technical limitations, and different computer screen and phone screen settings. We try to show products as life-like as possible but please understand the actual color may differ from the color shown on your computer or phone screen. 

4. Any issues regarding logistics is beyond our control. Delivery speed varies across different countries, especially in remote areas. Shipping delays may occur in case of inclement weather and statutory holidays. Quality of shipping carrier staff is also different. Please understand that we, as the seller, cannot predict unexpected factors such as individual carrier staff's attitude or damages of parcels caused by the carrier. If such an issue arises, please contact us within the 30 days, and we will try our best to solve the problem.

5. Each product is shipped after careful inspection. Please confirm your package is not damaged before receiving and signing for the package from the shipping carrier.

Note: The cost of all returns due to quality issues will be borne by kateistory.shop. If returns are not due to quality issues, the freight can be settled through negotiation. We do not accept refunds for malicious returns.
